House Rules
Checking In
Check-in time is typically 4pm. Early checkins are available whenever possible for an additional fee. You will receive the code for a lockbox or keypad before you arrive. We ask that you let us know that you were able to get into the home with no issues.
Upon arrival, take a quick look and make sure nothing looks missing or out of place. If it does, please let us know asap. This includes maintenance issues like heat and air or leaking and slow draining pipes.

During Your Stay
We don’t like “rules” anymore than you do, but there are a few that we ask you to follow. Read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
– No parties or events allowed.
– No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property, inside or out.
– No pets allowed unless otherwise stated in the house listing. Pet fee required.
– No unregistered guests allowed.
– Please respect the neighbors. City ordnance dictates 9 pm quiet time.
– We ask that you not move the furniture and if you do, move it back. Any damage caused by moving furniture will result in a fine.
– If a spill should happen and do not have the proper cleaning supplies please let us know ASAP. Untreated spills can cause permanent damage.
– No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Broken rules that damage property or require additional cleaning may result in fines.
Checking Out
Check out time is 10am. Late checkouts are available for a fee. We don’t ask much, but we do ask that you leave your temporary home close to how you found it.
– Put all used towels in the washer and start the load. Our cleaners will be by shortly to change them to the dryer.
– Please leave all used beds unmade.
– Throw out any leftovers and opened food left in the refrigerator. We invite you to leave any unopened food for the next guests.
– Hand wash or load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
– Pick up any trash and empty the trashcans in the large green bin outside. Recycleables go in the gray bin.
– Lock the doors. Replace the key in the lock box if applicable. Let us know when you have checked out.
